I just attended a zoom continuing education training on Appraisals and the speaker, the content and Cindy Bishop education company venue is highly recommended by me.  $25 for a 3 hour continuing education training, the value is suburb. Her training is hands down the best I've come across for real estate agents or anyone wanting to learn more about various aspects of real estate.

I took so many of her classes I just decided to join her membership so I could get access to almost all content.

Cindy Bishop is great to communicate with if you have any issues or questions.  She gets your paperwork completed and is easy to help in any way.
