A selection of dates and times will be sent within a week of sign up, from the coach, so you can schedule your time.
For the session, you will need to physically be at your computer (laptop or desktop), have your Facebook password available, be on time, and preferable have a headset. Additional instructions will be sent for your session when scheduled by the coach.
